AERion Analytics, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MedDRA Browser mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Authentication Credentials
- MedDRA subscription ID and password are used solely to authenticate with the MedDRA MSSO service
- Credentials are transmitted securely and stored in your device's iOS Keychain
- We do not store your credentials on any external servers

Usage Data
- We do not collect analytics or usage data
- We do not track your searches or browsing activity
- The App functions entirely on your device

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your MedDRA credentials are used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your subscription with MedDRA MSSO
- Download the MedDRA terminology data to your device

3. DATA STORAGE

- Authentication tokens are stored securely in iOS Keychain
- MedDRA data is stored locally on your device
- No data is transmitted to AERion Analytics servers

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App connects to:
- MedDRA MSSO (meddra.org) for authentication and data download
- We do not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising services

 

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement security measures including:
- Secure HTTPS connections for all network requests
- iOS Keychain for secure credential storage
- OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You can:
- Log out at any time to remove stored credentials
- Delete the app to remove all local data
- Contact us with privacy questions

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This App is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13.
